Layth Hussain

Layth is a Senior Solicitor at Aspen Morris

Layth studied joint (BA) Honours law and business finance at Sheffield Hallam University. He remained in the city to complete the Legal Practice Course at the University of Sheffield whilst also advising within the University’s pro bono service.

Layth trained at Brown Turner Ross in Liverpool, practising in property (residential and commercial), family, civil litigation, personal injury, clinical negligence, crime and licensing. Post qualification Layth assisted the managing partners of the firm with high net worth ancillary relief and commercial transactions / litigation.

Layth advises in respect of all aspects of family law matters including several high profile Divorce cases, Child matters and general complexed Family Law matters both domestically and internationally.

Layth also deals with Licensing matters and claims against the police, with a particular interest in false imprisonment and malicious prosecution cases.

Layth also undertakes complexed litigation matters and deals with international probates.
