Twanieka Alcindor

Twanieka is an experienced legal consultant who has established practice in international probate matters between Nigeria and the UK, and further as a qualified Lawyer (2017) in the commonwealth Caribbean island of Jamaica, where she deals with matters including, crime, general civil, family, conveyancing, and probate.

Having gained her Bachelors of Law (2010) and Masters of Law (2012- Distinction) at the University of Hertfordshire before she was called to the Bar in England and Wales (2015) and completed her General Certificate of Legal Education at Normal Manley Law School, Jamaica. Twanieka has gained over 10 years’ experience working for several high-street and city law firms in the U.K, and is presently 2 Dr Johnson’s Building’s Chambers, where she is a qualified Barrister.

As a four-time scholar of the Honourable Society of Inner Temple, she is known to be a friendly and dedicated lawyer in all matters, and committed to providing cross- jurisdictional legal services and advocacy to a high standard.

In addition to her general practice, Twanieka founded the reputable community pro-bono project ‘Lawyers in the Soup Kitchen’ in 2014 which provides free legal assistance within the Lambeth borough.
