Peter Petrou Appointed as Special Adviser to the Somali Stock Exchange

Peter Petrou, the Managing Partner of Aspen Morris Solicitors, has been appointed as a Special Advisor to the Somali Stock Exchange (the "SSE"). 

The SSE is the first authorised exchange in Somalia and traded it's first shares in 2015. The SSE aims to create a sufficient securities market where sellers of financial securities and buyers meet. The aim of the SSE within the next 5 years is to become one of the most recognised stock exchnages in Africa and for several more companies to list their shares on the SSE. 

Peter Petrou noted "I am delighted to have been appointed by the Board of the SSE to be a Special Adviser. My role will be to provide Advisory Services to the SSE and assist with their expansion".
